📦 Processing Time

  • All in-stock orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
    Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time, and estimated timelines will be clearly communicated on the product page.
  • Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

🚚 Shipping Locations

  • We proudly ship to all 50 U.S. states using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
  • International shipping is available to select countries. Delivery times and import duties may vary depending on the destination. Please check your local customs regulations before placing an international order.

🔒 Secure Packaging & Handling

  • All jewelry is carefully inspected and securely packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
  • High-value orders may require a signature upon delivery for security purposes.

📬 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • Lost or stolen packages: We are not responsible for packages marked “delivered” by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and secure.
  • Damaged items: If your order arrives damaged, please email us at [email protected] within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.
  • Carrier delays: Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, delays are outside of our control. However, we will assist you in tracking and resolving issues as best we can.

🛑 Incorrect Shipping Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If your package is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.


✈️ International Customers

  • Duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in your order total and may be charged upon delivery by your local customs office.
  • Prosebud Jewelry is not responsible for customs delays or charges. We recommend checking with your local authorities before placing an international order.
