1. Return Period
We offer a 14-day return policy from the invoice date for most products, providing you with ample time to inspect your purchase.
- Some select items are eligible for a 7-day return window, as required by certain vendor or supplier policies.

2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unworn, undamaged, and in original condition.
- It must be returned in its original packaging, including boxes, tags, and certificates (if provided).
- Any item showing signs of wear, misuse, alteration, or accidental damage will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
3. Restocking Fee
A 25% restocking fee will apply to all approved returns. This fee covers handling, inspection, and processing costs and ensures that we maintain a high standard of service and product quality.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us in writing within 5 days of delivery. Email [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- A detailed description of the issue
- Clear photographs and videos of the item and packaging
Our customer care team will assess the situation and offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.
5. Final Sale Items
- All items purchased from the Sale or Clearance categories are considered Final Sale.
- These items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.
6. Luxury Jewelry ($500+)
For items priced at $500 or more per piece, special return rules apply:
- Returns are only accepted in the case of damage during shipping or if the wrong item was delivered.
- These cases must be reported within 5 days of receipt, with supporting photos and documentation.
7. How to Initiate a Return
To begin your return process:
- Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- Await written authorization and a return address from our team.
- Pack the item securely with all original packaging and certificates.
- Ship the return using a trackable, insured shipping service. We are not responsible for lost or uninsured packages.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
8. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed (minus the 25% restocking fee), and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
- If the return is rejected due to wear, damage, or missing components, the item will be returned to you, and no refund will be issued.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original according to our return policy and place a new order.
