Shipping & Returns

Domestic Shipping 

Orders ship USPS First Class.
Shipping is calculated at checkout and depends on order weight and buyer location for orders under $75.
Orders over $50 ship for free within the US.

Orders are processed Monday - Friday, with the exception of US holidays. Orders are typically fulfilled and shipped within 1-3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. 

International Shipping

We are able to ship to most countries. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We're not responsible for delays due to customs. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We do everything possible to ensure your jewelry arrives to you promptly and as expected but we also understand that sometimes people need a different size or gemstone type. We offer 30 day refunds and exchanges. 

Email return & exchange requests within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be in unused condition and in the original packaging.
